The Job  

  • Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with coworkers & stakeholders.  
  • To assist Unit-in-Charge in administering tenancy issues and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations, Deed Poll, Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses, and relevant regulatory documents. 
  • Identify areas that require preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repair, and security for elderly housing, liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions. 
  • Provide constructive advice to site colleagues and work out possible solutions for any property management problems or repairs issues. 
  • Assist in administering the tendering and contract awarding process, which includes drafting letters to invite tenders, obtaining and evaluating tenders, and preparing tender documents. 
  • Act as a mentor for all newly recruited facility management staff, such as Officers / Technicians. 

 

The Person  

  • Degree / Diploma holders with minimum 5 years' experience in property management preferred. 
  • Holding a valid Property Management License is preferred. 
  • Good knowledge of property management concepts and maintenance affairs. 
  • Familiar with the operation procedures of estate management. 
  • Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good team player.
  • Good customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills can express ideas precisely, systematically, and clearly in both written and spoken Cantonese and English. 
  • Good supervisory skills, willing to take initiatives and able to cope with stress.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
