• Solve technical problems and deal with urgent/emergency repairs concerning building services installations and maintenance.
• Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings and specifications for maintenance and improvement works; monitor work progress and contractors' performance.
• Conduct regular surveys on building services installations and prepare reports for management review.
• Review tender applications and prepare tender documents for approval.

The Person

• Holders of Higher Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years’ post qualification experience in building services maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations.
