The Job

• Draft social media posts and create accompanying graphics for various platforms.
• Assist with the production of corporate communications materials and video projects, including coordination with internal and external parties, as well as content review.
• Support social media campaigns and giveaways, including logistics management such as collecting winner details and arranging gift deliveries.
• Collaborate with the Digital Communications and Promotion Manager to determine a flexible and mutually agreed-upon work schedule based on project priorities.
• Ensure timely and quality execution of assigned tasks to align with corporate objectives.

The Person

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Creative, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
