The Job

  • Support Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness) in establishing operational objectives, plans, and policies for health and wellness services, including the use of facilities and implementation of related programmes at the Healthy Ageing Hub, in alignment with the corporate strategy.
  • Formulate and promote fitness and wellness programmes for tenants of The Tanner Hill, Healthy Ageing Hub members & residents of Subsidized Sales Flat; track expenditures, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes with full accountability.
  • Provide professional advice on rehabilitation services, including health education, individual assessments, and consultations tailored to the needs of members.
  • Conduct needs assessments and strategic analysis to design fitness and wellness programmes that help members maintain physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in designing and implementing relevant health and wellness initiatives.
  • Drive membership growth in Healthy Ageing Hub and IG Living, manage customer service platforms and mobile apps, and leverage technology for better user experience.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with Healthy Ageing Hub members and maintain strong working relationships with all relevant parties to support seamless service delivery.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the development and operations of the Healthy Ageing Hub and IG Living programmes at Subsidized Sales Flat.

The Person

  • A recognised degree in Health Science, Sports Medicine, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in wellness or health club operations, particularly in community-based settings, recognised healthcare institutions, or elderly/geriatric services.
  • Experience in delivering services or programmes related to chronic disease management is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a strong sense of collaboration and shared purpose.
  • Capable of independently planning and organising wellness activities and programmes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented, mature, and committed to service excellence.
