The Job

  • Lead the planning, procurement and implementation of car park technology, EV charging and facility enhancement projects.
  • Manage tendering processes, contract administration and vendor performance to ensure quality project delivery.
  • Oversee site works, system testing, commissioning and handover of car park facilities.
  • Support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an extensive car park portfolio and new development projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines and expenditures to achieve cost-effective and timely completion.
  • Provide technical and operational expertise in the development of new car parks, focusing on efficiency and system integration.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, property management teams, consultants, contractors and external parties on project and operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, land grant conditions, DMC/Sub-DMC provisions and contractual obligations.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Property Management, Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, contract administration, property management, car park operations or related fields.
  • Proven experience in tendering, procurement, contract administration and project coordination.
  • Exposure to technology, EV charging infrastructure, building services or enhancement projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of car park operations, parking management systems, EV charging facilities and smart technology applications is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with property-related regulatory requirements, including land grants and DMC/Sub-DMC provisions.
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese and competence in Microsoft Office applications.
