The Job 

• Handle the property handover work and follow up the defect’s rectification. 
• Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions.
• Support daily operation of estate office.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

The Person

• Secondary education or above, with HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications.
• Relevant experience in customer services is preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing.
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
