The Job

  • Assist in identifying skill gaps and training needs in alignment with organization’s business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes and prepare learning materials.
  • Administrate Learning Management System and e-learning platforms, track progress, maintain accurate training records, and support generation of data analytics.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, review/update programmes for continuous improvement.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure learning and development initiatives meet their objectives and professional/ quality standard.
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support any learning and development initiatives as assigned.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Passionate, customer-centric, and well-organized.
  • High learning agility and strong sense of teamwork.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management System.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
