Assistant Manager (Human Resources)

The Job

  • Partner with business stakeholders and HR Managers to develop and implement practices and programmes with the objective of fostering ongoing positive employee engagement.
  • Responsible for planning, budgeting and implementing employee relations activities, including but not limited to employee wellness programme, staff recreation/ recognition programme, farewell party, family fun day, annual dinner, scholarship & bursary, long service awards, etc.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process by attracting and bringing onboard the best candidates with the right set of skills and competencies.
  • Prepare HR reports, HR data analysis, etc. for management review as required.

 

The Person

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience working in a sizable or multi-national company, experience in planning and organizing employee activities and hosting events.
  • Relevant experience in property management or real estate industry for HR or recruitment related functions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
