Job Purpose

To provide centralized administrative support to the Social & Elderly Wellness Section (SEWS), ensuring operational continuity and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements during a temporary staffing gap.

 

The Job

Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Support system enhancements and coordinate project planning and implementation.
  • Manage the approved list of kitchen consumables suppliers and professional service providers to facilitate the operation of service units.
  • Provide secretarial support for SEWS internal meetings.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate logistics and operational needs for SEWS service teams, including office supplies, event planning, and license applications/renewals.

 

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Public Administration or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills.
