The Job:

• Receive tours and groups to visit ERC e.g. DECC, Schools, Carers groups.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to promote the services to their members or clients. 
• Deliver services directly or through volunteers to elderly in the community.
• Deliver educational talks and training for clients e.g. elderly people, volunteers etc.
• Responsible for other centre related services.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor deems appropriate.

The Person:

• Degree/Associate Degree holders or equivalent in health sciences or social sciences with minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Preferable with experience in social or health services related to elderly.
• Customer services skills.
• Event organizing knowledge.
• Good knowledge in PC skills, MS office & Chinese Typing.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Able to work independently.
