The Job

• Monitor and review contractors’ performance and prepare report for management review.
• Review and control daily and operation expenses.
• Prepare monthly performance report for senior management.
• Liaise with legal consultants on sub-DMC drafting.
• Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders including tenants and Government authorities timely for prompt response.
• Direct subordinates to investigate complaints/problems raised by tenants and report to management for solutions proposed.
• Review manpower budget for smooth daily operations.
• Attend District Council/external parties meetings upon request.
• Coach and develop sub-ordinates to ensure delivery of quality services.
• Handover and takeover of premises, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement coordination

The Person

• A Professional qualification in Housing Management such as MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM.
• 10 years’ experience in property management of shopping malls and carparks with at least 5 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in the opening of shopping malls will be an added advantage.
• Service oriented, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good business and political sense, a strong sense of job ownership.
• Ability to negotiate or liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Property Manager.
