The Job

• Assist Manager to prepare and handle all aspects of leasing documents.
• To liaise with solicitor on lease agreements execution requirements and ensure the documentations are prepared in proper manner.
• To arrange lease documents stamping and registration at land registry.
• To preform excellent data management on record tenants and related information for reporting purposes.
• Provide support to the VIP(s) and visit group from presentation to touring if necessary.
• Able to handle all customers enquiries and complaints to ensure all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Comply with all services requirements as well as guidelines and operating procedures.
• Perform data entry, prepare reports and general clerical tasks.
• Assist any other duties as may be assigned.

The Person

• Diploma holder or above. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services is preferred.
• Strong common sense, interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Able to work independently and interested in communicating with elderly people. 
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
• Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. 
• Detail-minded and able to work with high efficiency.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and organisational ability.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong multi-tasking skills.
