The Job

• Maintain the daily operations of computer systems or services related to property management or housing applications.
• Build and compile statistic and analytic reports.
• Carry out system developments, tests and enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct training and prepare system manuals for users.
• Liaison with government departments for large scale data matching exercise and daily interface works.
• Resolve requests and carry out bulk data input exercise
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

The Person

• Degree / Diploma Holders in information technology, computer science, property management or relevant disciplines preferred.

• Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in property management or IT system administration.

• 5 passes in HKCEE / DSE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework or above.
• Good at Excel (Pivot Table, Formulas, VB, e-form etc.), Power BI, Python, Adobe Acrobat, Power Automate etc. Relevant certification of these skills is preferable.
• Experience with AI tools / automation / data analytics platforms / implementation of Mobile Application or e-payment services is an advantage.
• A proactive team player with an interest in innovation and digital transformation
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and being a good team player.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Officer position.
