The Job

  • To draft stencil and workflows for operational manuals related to rental policies, administrative policies, service quality, and environmental and safety practices within the property management and maintenance context.
  • To support the Administration Team in policy implementation, including the preparation of email, notices, posters, and related documentation.
  • To compile statistics for the preparation of various regular reports related to property management, sustainability, and environmental performance for the estates.
  • To coordinate promotional activities and environmental events for the estates.
  • To conduct site visits at the estates to coordinate events / activities and to maintain good housekeeping practices in the estates.
  • To coach Assistant Officers to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality output.
  • To coordinate with the PMIT Service Administration Team to prepare and consolidate various management and system reports (e.g. month‑end reports, sustainability reports, etc.) for senior management review.
  • To support and update PMD portal / intranet and related system.
  • To assist in reviewing the performance of service contractors (e.g. cleaning, security, landscaping, swimming pool services) in the approved list.
  • To handle and follow up on general enquiries and complaints referred to the Property Management Division.
  • To carry out ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

The Person

  • Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained at Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English Language and Chinese. Degree / Diploma Holder preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ property management experience.
  • Knowledge of BMO and familiar with rental policy and the Integrated Management System requirement preferred.
  • Proficient in PC applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and Chinese Word Processing and familiar in using different mobile device applications.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
