The Job

• Assist supervisor in planning and implementing specific programs and services in the Elderly Resources Centre (ERC) and Age-Friendly Home Living Lab (AFHLL).
• Liaise with various collaborators of ERC and AFHLL for services and program implementation.
• Provide advice and input on customers services evaluation and feedback.
• Assist in analysing data of ERC programs/services and provide summary to supervisor.
• Support the operation of ERC, e.g. receiving visitors in different education and training programs.
• Mentor subordinates, maintain service quality, and prepare relevant documentation for management.
• Fulfil any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor as deemed appropriate.

The Person

• Degree/Associated Degree/Diploma holder in Social Sciences/ Health Sciences/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ post qualification working experience, experience in Government or related organizations, non-governmental organizations or public organizations is preferred.
• Good connection with NGOs, social enterprises, and other stakeholders in social services. 
• Self-starter with ability to excel in a changing community environment. 
• Strong team player and sense of teamwork. 
• Motivated with strategic mindset in service development. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Good command of English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
