The Job

• Monitor and report community issues related to the Housing Society in a timely manner
• Organise community events effectively to achieve positive impacts with good budget planning and control
• Explore collaboration opportunities and establish network with residents / NGOs / community groups for event and activities under the Cultural Heritage Preservation Programme
• Support the production of publications/promotional items, including script writing, shooting, graphic design and photo retouching
• Assist in handling stakeholder communications by various means, such as correspondences and meetings
• Supervise and coach junior staff

The Person

• Degree holder in Public Relations, Communications, Social Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with proven track record in handling community engagement and event management
• Working exposure in public organisations or sizeable corporations is preferred
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work under a tight schedule
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy in using MS applications, such as Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
• Good knowledge in the design and production of publications and videos
