The Job

  • Conduct feasibility studies, critical analyses and market research of the Society’s redevelopment projects and other new projects and make recommendations to senior for consideration.
  • Advise on and handle planning and land matters including critical review of planning submissions, assessment of land premium, application for land grant/ lease modification and negotiation with consultants and government departments on related matters.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation and submission of DMC/ pre-sale consent application to government.
  • Co-ordinate the application of certificate of compliance with lease conditions.
  • Conduct industry research, co-ordinate EOI and tender processes, and evaluate returns for procurement of appropriate business partners/ consultants.
  • Monitor performance and progress of development projects, contracted services and development of business collaboration of business partners.
  • Compile cash flow forecasts and budgetary reports.

 

The Person

  • Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division) or of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (GP Division), with  2 years’ post-qualification experience; OR
  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Property Management or related disciplines, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience or equivalent;, OR
  • Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 7 years or above relevant experience.
  • Experience in planning and development study, financial viability analysis, valuation, sales and marketing and after sales service; experience in acquisition of properties, tenancy matters, urban renewal / land resumption / rehousing and site clearance will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
