The Job

  • Act as the personal secretary of General Manager;
  • Draft and prepare correspondences and reports;
  • Assemble and compile data, statistics and information as directed;
  • Handle invoices and process payment;
  • Coordinate appointments with internal and external parties, prepare agenda and minutes for meetings;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive record and filing systems;
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

The Person

  • Diploma holder or above;
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial or executive assistant experience, with exposure in construction related organizations such as developer, NGO, consultant or contractor preferrable;
  • High proficiency in Teams and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and organization ability;
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently under a fast-paced environment; and
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
