We are looking for a skilled Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness) to coordinate and facilitate the efficient delivery of elderly services and related facilities. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the provision of high-quality care and support to the elderly while driving continuous improvement and achieving organizational objectives.

This role entails working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, assisting senior management in establishing operational objectives and policies, managing human and financial resources, overseeing administrative functions, coordinating system/project planning and development, providing support to service operation teams, building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, representing the organization in relevant meetings and conferences, and cultivating positive working relationships.

The Job

  • Coordinate and network with stakeholders for efficient outcomes.
  • Determine and respond promptly to requests and complaints from internal and external parties.
  • Assist senior management in establishing operational objectives and policies for elderly services and related facilities.
  • Managing and assisting manpower planning, recruitment, and training for the Section.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage financial resources while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Formulate administrative policies, oversee general administration services.
  • Coordinate system/project planning, including audits and implementation.
  • Provide administration and logistic support to committees/working groups.

The Person

  • Degree in Public Administration/Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience, preferably in public or business administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in organization, coordination, analysis, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost control in healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English.
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and proficient in Mandarin.
  • Strategic thinker, business-oriented, and socially conscious.
