The Job

  • Formulate strategies, tactics and plans to meet the Divisional key performance indicator(s) in respect of promotion and marketing of social care and elderly services.
  • Manage the community education programmes and activities, including but not limited to the Elderly Resources Centre.
  • Plan and execute community education/marketing/promotion strategies and activities.
  • Prepare, update and produce the community education/marketing/exhibit materials.
  • Produce, vet, update and maintain legal or collaboration documentation.
  • Prepare, maintain and update relevant policies, manuals and procedure.
  • Compile competitor analysis, market survey and report.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder or equivalent qualification preferably in Occupational Therapy/ Communication/ Marketing/ Public Relations or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ of post qualification working experience, covering community education, promotion, marketing, public relations in sizable organization(s) an advantage.
  • At least 5 years’ of administrative and supervisory experience is preferable.
  • Experienced in liaison with various stakeholders in healthcare and elderly service sector, and other relevant parties.
  • Good understanding of community education, promotion and marketing matters; sensitivity to external political, social and economic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Mature, creative, self-motivated, with strategic mindset in service development and dedication to results.
  • Strong team player with excellent organization, co-ordination and negotiation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good PC knowledge and excellent writing skills in English and Chinese.
