Assistant Manager (Administrative Services)

The Job

  • Administer full range of office administrative services provision including reception service, mailing, dispatch services and other logistics support services.
  • Responsible for office facilities management to ensure service reliability including air-conditioning system, electrical supplies, fire services, security system.
  • Provide office repair and maintenance services, office security and office emergency plan.
  • Handle office accommodation planning, renovation and relocation projects, office communication facilities including IP telephony, interactive voice response system, keyline system, etc.
  • Responsible for administration and compliance of Quality Management System including ISO14001, health and safety, indoor air quality, etc. for various offices.


The Person

  • Degree holder in business management, facilities management or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience at supervisory level in office administration, office renovation and facilities management in a sizeable organizations.
  • Familiar with building services regulations.
  • Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, responsible and customer oriented.
