The Job

  • Provide support in daily operation of Housing Society Exhibition Centre with quality guided tour services.
  • Assist in organising various community/youth events and activities, internship and placement programmes as well as design and production of publications/promotional materials.
  • Monitor the latest community/business-related issues raised by relevant stakeholders, including LegCo/DC members, and various political parties.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing payment procedures, managing database records for business contacts and stock keeping of souvenirs and publications concerned.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Communications, Social Science or related disciplines with 2 years’ relevant working experience in public relations, corporate communications or community relations.
  • Good knowledge in event management, video production as well as design and production of print matters.
  • High awareness of local current affairs and social issues.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, and good knowledge of graphic design, desktop research, including internet application. Familiar with Premiere Pro and Photoshop will be a plus.
  • Detail-minded and able to work with high efficiency.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and organization ability.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong multi-tasking skill.
  • Irregular work hours and overtime required.
