The Job

• Drive and implement different innovative practices for the HKHS development projects.
• Oversee the broad digitalization efforts across project implementation and drive the digital transformation of our construction projects and operations.
•  Lead the implementation and management of our Smart Site Safety System (4S) and associated pay-for-safety schemes.
• Spearhead development and implementation of the Digital Work Site Supervision System (DWSS).
• Streamline construction processes and introduce new capabilities for deployment of various new construction technologies and robotics solutions.
• Establish a centralized digital platform - Common Data Environment (CDE) to enhance project management across all developments.

The Person

• Degree holder in information technology, engineering, architectural, quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Corporate Member of professional institution of HKIE, HKIA, HKIS or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience 
• Experience in BIM application, digital construction platforms applications, design, construction and project/contract management.
• Experience in construction digitalization, promotion and implementation of innovative project solutions will be an advantage.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
