The Job

• To identify and negotiate with potential & existing tenants for new letting & lease renewal of commercial properties.
• To assist in the secretarial duties and coordinate follow-up work of the Commercial Letting Panel.
• To process applications for commercial properties by shortlisting applicants, interviewing applicants and making recommendations.
• To assist in complying monthly reports of commercial properties and conducting analysis of market trends.
• To conduct tenders for carpark management services contracts, single operator contracts and tenancy with anchor tenants.
• To closely monitor the performance of carpark operators by conducting site inspection and regular meetings.
• To maintain business relationship with chain store tenants/shop tenants, answering their leasing enquiries, handling complaints, drafting reply letters.
• To assist in drafting lease documents, conduct site inspections with potential tenants of new projects and handle any other assigned works.

The Person

• Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese with 5 years' experience in marketing or property management or Degree/Diploma Holders with minimum 3 year's relevant experience.
• Excellent English and Chinese writing skills;
• Computer literacy in Computer literacy in MS Office software, proficient in Excel and presentation tools;
