The Job

• Assist to formulate the overall sales and marketing strategy with update market analysis.
• Co-ordinate with consultants and internal divisions to prepare sales and marketing literatures and materials as well as legal documents in accordance with the requirement of Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Liaise with interior designer, architect and internal project management for project and design matters as well as show flat development.
• Propose action plans for sales & flat handover programmes and manpower; manage the overall control of sales and handover flow and logistics including draft procedural guidelines and participate in preparation of flat handover standard development.
• Supervise the subordinates to prepare sales and marketing literatures and materials, legal documents, price list, etc.; compile analysis, statistics and progress reports; assimilate necessary market information for research and study; perform duties of sale of properties, handover of flats and defects rectification during the Defect Liability Period.

The Person

• Degree holder with minimum 3-years’ relevant experience OR Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 5-years’ relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, dedicated to work, good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
• Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday.
