 The Job

  • Prepare documents and correspondences, input data and compile analytical reports.
  • Co-ordinate and support team activities, including preparing agenda and minutes, arranging meeting, and guest visits.
  • Deal with internal and external customers / working partners to solve possible problems and propose areas for improvement to ensure the administrative effectiveness of the Skill Care Services.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, feedback and requests and provide clerical support and perform administration.
  • Maintain and update records and filing systems.

 The Person

  • 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese. Certificate / Diploma in office administration, business administration or accounting are an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years clerical or secretarial experience in a sizable company.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
