The Job:

  • Administer tenancy management properly by visiting rental flats regularly to identify abnormalities, handling tenancy movements and changes, explaining tenancy details to tenants and updating tenancy records.
  • Provide quality services and enhance relationship with tenants / owners by handling telephone enquiries, referring emergencies to appropriate staff, drafting notices / replies to tenants / owners promptly, taking meeting minutes and organising activities & interest classes etc.
  • Provide customer services to tenants / owners when maintenance work is in progress by liaising with and coordinating relevant parties, scheduling works orders and following-up tenants/ owners’ requests, monitoring maintenance works progress to minimise disruption to tenants/ owners.
  • Assist in office logistics by preparing work schedules for manual staff, typing documents, maintaining and updating filing system.

The Person:

  • Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese with min. 1-2 years' experience in customer services in Property Management industry OR Degree/Diploma holders with relevant experience.
  • Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing.
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
