The Job

  • Monitor and assess emerging trends and technologies relevant to HKHS’s core business including property development, property management and social and elderly wellness. 
  • Identify, develop and manage partnership opportunities with external industry stakeholders such as property developers, start-up incubators/accelerators, start-ups, academia, and research institutions and manage innovation programmes with these partners.
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee regular events, workshops and visits at HKHS’s PropTech co-working space to foster industry engagement, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to plan, manage and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) projects across HKHS’s construction sites and property portfolios, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational feasibility.
  • Support HKHS’s broader business innovation initiatives, including but not limited to the continuous development of the corporate innovation roadmap, regular reporting of divisions’ innovation and technology work, coordination of cross-divisional brainstorming workshops, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in/engage in the innovation and technology sector; familiarity with local start-up ecosystem and innovation landscape in Hong Kong is highly desirable.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging trends and technologies, with the ability to distil complex or technical concepts into clear, concise, and business‑relevant insights.
  • Comfortable independently representing the organization in negotiations, collaborations, and relationship-building with external partners, including industry stakeholders, start-ups, and innovation ecosystem players.
  • Proactive, can‑do mindset, with a passion for co‑creating initiatives from ideation through to execution and implementation.
  • Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of corporate, strategic, and innovation‑related topics.
  • Business/Digital transformation experience at public organizations or large corporations is an advantage.
