The Job

  • Assist in daily operation and conduct activities within the RCHE or DCC and outside functions and assist in conducting tour of visitors to the Skilled Care Services.
  • Assist to source and contact with local organizations / NGOs / companies for large event programs.
  • Provide counter / concierge services.
  • Handle customer requests and enquiries, include telephone enquiries and carry out general office duties: typing, filing, photocopying, external delivery services, mailing services and etc.
  • Liaise with customers and volunteers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Carry out duties as assigned by the direct supervisor and management deems appropriate.

The Person

  • 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
  • Diploma in social work, nursing or other healthcare related disciplines an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with event organising experience.
  • Good manner, sociable and cheerful character with strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work independently and interested in communicating with elderly people.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
