Embark on an Exciting Journey with the Housing Society Summer Internship Programme

Internship Period: 17 June – 9 August 2024 (8 weeks)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated young talents to join us as Summer Interns. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain practical skills, hands-on experience, and valuable insights into the operations of the Housing Society.

The Programme

• Attending orientation sessions and tour visits, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Housing Society’s businesses and policies.
• Participating in workshops and/or projects tailored to enhance your job-specific skills and knowledge.
• On-the-job training in one of our core business divisions/sections. This hands-on experience will provide you with real-world exposure and a deeper understanding of the industry.
• Playing an active role in supporting business operations.
• Opportunity to collaborate with our talented team members on various projects and ad hoc duties, allowing you to showcase your creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Guided by experienced mentors who will provide you with valuable career advice and directions. They will support your professional development and help you explore future opportunities in the field.

• Property Development
• Property Management
• Social & Elderly Wellness
• Other corporate functions, e.g. Finance, Human Resources, Policy Research & Business Innovation, etc.

The Person

• Undergraduates from all disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Must be available to work full-time for 8 weeks, starting from June 17 to August 9, 2024.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, energetic, and quick to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Windows applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Passionate about developing a career in the property and housing industry.
