The Job 

  • Act as the personal secretary of General Manager (Corporate Communications). 
  • Handle telephone and correspondences in a professional and efficient manner. 
  • Manage daily work schedule and general clerical work. 
  • Coordinate business appointments with internal and external parties, prepare correspondences and meeting documents, such as agenda and minutes.  
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive filing systems for General Manager and the responsible teams. 
  • Perform general administrative duties, manage expenses processing, and provide assistance in budgeting and financial control. 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned. 

  

The Person 

  • Diploma holder or above 
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial or executive assistant experience, with exposure in public organisations preferred 
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Ability to priority tasks and meet tight deadlines with strong organizational skills 
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills 
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently under a fast-paced environment 
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
