The Job

• Support our financing activities and related operations in a dynamic environment.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, including management reporting, written analyses and quantitative analyses.
• Contribute to system implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive support to the finance team through diverse administrative tasks
• Create communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage data effectively, maintain organized records, and coordinate travel and meeting logistics
• Handle ad hoc assignments to support team objectives.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, FRM, or CFA are desirable but not essential.
• Prior experience in banking, treasury and/or financing is an advantage.
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A driven individual eager to learn and grow within a leading organization.
• Aspires to make a significant contribution to the Hong Kong Housing Society's mission.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to communication, coupled with good business acumen, professional etiquette, and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with data, news, analytics software, and AI tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Officer.
