The Job

• Plan, produce, and manage multimedia content, including videography, photography, and digital media materials for service promotion and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct video shooting, editing, post-production, and content packaging for service showcases, programme highlights, events, and presentations.
• Support service units in documenting programme outcomes, service impact, beneficiary stories, and key initiatives through visual storytelling.
• Provide multimedia coverage and production support for events, ceremonies, community activities, and special projects.
• Develop multimedia materials for marketing, partnership development, funder reporting, and organisational initiatives.
• Maintain multimedia assets, production equipment, and digital content repositories to support efficient content management.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality multimedia projects.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Creative Media, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia production, videography, photography, digital marketing, corporate communications, or related fields.
• Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design.
• Demonstrated experience in video shooting, photography, post-production, and multimedia content creation.
• Strong creative, storytelling, visual communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight timelines.
• Experience in healthcare, elderly services, social services, NGO, or community service sectors would be an advantage.
