Social & Elderly Wellness Manager (Marketing focus)

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to take up the development and growth of Intergenerational (IG) Living and Ageing In Place (AIP) services under the membership & engagement platform.

In this role, you will play a key part in integrating service delivery, partnerships, and digital marketing strategies to enhance member engagement, drive service utilisation, and support intergenerational living initiatives across Health, Security, and Participation.


 

The Job

  • Responsible for the development and continuous enhancement of the Intergenerational (IG) Living and Ageing In Place (AIP) services 
  • Drive the development, integration and delivery of services across Health, Security, and Participation
  • Manage partnerships with NGOs and service providers to ensure effective implementation of services / programme
  • Lead digital platform operations, CRM and multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Drive member acquisition, segmentation, and engagement to enhance service adoption and user experience
  • Enhance user experience by ensuring seamless end-to-end customer journeys
  • Monitor KPIs and leverage data insights to improve performance and service delivery
  • Support programme implementation and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to ongoing platform improvements, user enablement, and service quality
  • Assist Manager (Social & Elderly Wellness) to monitor the team performance, providing necessary guidance and coaching.

 

The Person

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience preferably in social services, healthcare, service platform ecosystems, or ageing-related sectors
  • Proven experience in intergenerational service or programme development, CRM platform engagement, digital marketing and stakeholder management
  • Strong service design capability with a user-centric mindset
  • Ability to integrate operations, marketing, and partnerships
  • Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with digital tools, SDLC, and UX/UI concepts
  • Good communication & supervisory skills, self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic environment
