The Job

  • Formulate and implement leasing strategies and plans, including tenant sourcing and management of all leasing activities for assigned retail portfolios.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights, including in‑depth market research and competitor analysis, to enhance asset positioning, occupancy sustainability, and long‑term rental growth.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end leasing operations, covering tenant sourcing, commercial negotiations, tenancy documentation, new lettings, and tenancy renewals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail tenants, major brands, external property agencies, and internal senior stakeholders to strengthen market presence and sourcing capability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Management team to monitor tenant performance and ensure compliance with corporate policies, documentation standards, and internal control requirements.
  • Prepare annual leasing budgets and business plans for retail portfolios, new retail projects, and other commercial assets.
  • Review and analyse monthly leasing and portfolio performance reports, providing insights on market trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
  • A minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably in shopping centres, with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role and proven leasing track records.
  • Mature, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong network and connections with retail tenants and property agents.
  • Well‑versed in tenancy agreements and relevant legal documentation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in PC applications.
