The Job
  • Process on-going consents applications for Transfer of Ownership, Re-financing, and Premium Assessment under SCHS / FFSS / SSFP / DRE SSFP.
  • Perform the vetting of various certificates applications for Certificate of Availability for Sale (CAS), Certificate of Eligibility to Purchase (CEP) for Green Form Buyers, Letter of Nomination (LN) under FFSS Secondary Market Scheme (SMS), and Owner Certificate (OC) under Letting Scheme.
  • Process the applications for CEP for White Form Buyers under White Form Secondary Market Scheme (WSM) and Trade Down Permit (TDP) and CEP for TDP Buyers under Flat for Flat Pilot Scheme for Elderly Owners (FFPS).
  • Manage applicant enquiries and complaints, through hotline and face-to-face.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Business Administration, Management, Property Management, or related disciplines with minimum 4-years’ relevant experience. or Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 6-years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in after-sales services, customer services, property management or real estate, and familiar with the mechanism of subsidized housing scheme is a definite advantage.
  • Dedicated to work, strong communication, interpersonal & organization skills and self-motivated.
