The Job

• carrying out daily leasing activities including tenant sourcing, new lettings, renewal and leasing administration.
• Coordinate market research tasks including data collection, competitor monitoring, site surveys, fieldwork and occupancy checks.
• Maintain up-to-date leasing documentation, including filing and contract administration
• Prepare regular reports such as rental analysis reports, arrears reports, gross sales reports, turnover rent reports, footfall reports, etc..
• Communicate with tenants and property management on routine leasing matters and tenancy compliance issues.
• Maintain business relationship with tenants, answering leasing enquiries, handling complaints, drafting reply letters.
• Assistant in monitoring tenant performance.
• Assist in compilation of business plans marketing proposals for leasing and marketing purpose
• Support marketing initiatives related to promotions of the properties, tenant loyalty programs, mall events, etc.
• Any ah-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Degree holder in Surveying, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing.
• Previous exposure to shopping centre operations is highly preferred.
• Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Well-versed in tenancy agreements and related legal documentation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player with a collaborative approach.
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
• Proficient in PC applications.
