Customer Services Officer (12 months)

The Job

  • Prepare handover documents, including handover checklists, acknowledgement forms etc.
  • Support on-site handover inspections with owners, including defect recording and explanation of house rules
  • Liaise with site staff, contractors and DMD’s staff on defect rectification follow-up
  • Assist with setting up handover venues and ensuring materials are ready prior to handover sessions
  • Provide courteous, professional, and customer-oriented service to residential owners during the handover process
  • Handle enquiries related to handover procedures, unit conditions, documentation, and post-handover arrangements
  • Guide owners during handover visits and maintain orderly flow during peak handover periods

The Person

  • Diploma/Degree Holder or F.5 or above with extensive customer services experience preferred 
  • Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing 
  • Some knowledge on the operation and commonly used terms of estate management related industry. 
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details
