The Job

• Overseeing and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure proper delivery of outcome.
• Design and produce hoarding graphics, directional signage, promotional visuals, and environmental graphics. 
• Strategic planning in mall branding for new and existing projects. Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all tenant-facing and public-facing materials.
• Gatekeeping of mall common area interior and shopfront design, including review and vet tenant fitout proposals to ensure compliance with mall design guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Provide design input and support for mall/shop renovations, refurbishments, and layout planning.
• Liaise with tenants, consultants, and contractors to coordinate design approvals and site execution.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and layout plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with leasing, operations, and project teams on project coordination.
• Monitor and supervise site progress to ensure timely delivery of design-related tasks.
• Maintain design documentation, drawing registers, and approval records.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to retail and commercial environments.

The person

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
• A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Suitable candidates with lessor experience will be considered as Senior Officer (Design)
• Proficiency in graphic design applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
