職 務

  • 負責屋苑內的各項維修及保養事宜； 
  • 定期檢查各項裝置，以確保操作正常，並於需要時進行緊急搶修； 
  • 協助監管外判承辦商維修工作；
  • 如有需要，須負責指導 / 帶領維修技術員 / 學徒工作

資 歷

  • 已完成有關訓練課程或任何資歷架構認可資歷； 
  • 具五年或以上相關工作經驗，包括：油漆 / 泥水木工及小五金； 
  • 持有效建造業工人註冊證及電業工程人員證書A級； 
  • 能操流利粵語及書寫簡單中文報告； 
  • 如有需要，需輪班工作。
