The Job:

Programme Planning and Development

  1. To support SM(SEW-PM) to establish the operational objectives, plans and policies, timeline for the related services/facilities/programmes to be provided in alignment with the corporate strategy
  2. Formulate strategic programmes and initiatives (including Ageing-in-Place, inter-generation, and wellness concepts) for residents and the community.
  3. Identify programme objectives and requirements, offering professional and practical recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  4. Conduct strategic analysis to foster inclusive and sustainable communities.
  5. Identify emerging trends and integrate best practices into programme design.
  6. Align initiatives with broader organizational strategies and demographic insights.
  7. Formulate strategic promotion and marketing plans to ensure the smooth rollout of programmes with an inter-generation concept, AIP, and wellness programmes.

Programme Implementation & Operational Execution

  1. Lead the implementation of programmes, including the composite pilot site, and scale successful models across the portfolio.
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders to design and execute relevant programmes.
  3. Supervise the Lifestyle Team in-charge of the implementation of the Healthy Ageing Hub, pooling resources and leveraging networking.
  4. Supervise the Lifestyle Team and pool up manpower resources for the implementation of wellness programs for Healthy Ageing Hub members and residents in Subsidized Sale Flats (SSF).
  5. Manage programme budgets, negotiate with vendors, and closely monitor progress to track expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
  6. Monitor progress and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Stakeholder, Community & Partnership Engagement

  1. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, local and international stakeholders. This includes professional organizations, government departments, user groups, private agencies, HKHS staff, SSF residents and their owner organizations, nearby NGOs, and community parties.
  2. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders with tactful interpersonal skills.
  3. Foster collaborative relationships and build strong engagement with staff of HKHS, partners, and service providers (NGOs, government departments, healthcare providers).
  4. Promote the Ageing-in-Place and inter-generation concept to the target groups, residents, and the community.
  5. Leverage knowledge of community resources and network with local NGOs.
  6. Facilitate consultations and feedback mechanisms, and prepare review reports with strategic analysis of the outcomes.
  7. Maintain a good relationship with members and a good working relationship with all parties concerned.

Other Duties

  1. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  2. Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by being available to support events and initiatives as needed.

 

The Person

Education, Qualification, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Property Management, Leisure, Events and Recreation Management,  Marketing, Social Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years solid experience in property management, clubhouse and event management, community development, healthy/wellness or marketing,  is preferable.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale/territory-wide events and engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities
