The Job

• Assist in creating bilingual content (English and Chinese) for social media, website, mobile app, and e-newsletters;
• Design and produce basic visual or multimedia assets (e.g. short videos, animated graphics) using standard tools or templates;
• Support the implementation of branding and promotion campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors on digital and communications projects;
• Help track social media performance and content effectiveness using basic analytics tools
• Maintain a record of suitable awards and assist in compiling submission materials;
• Assist with procurement, invoice processing, and administrative support for digital campaigns or award submissions;
• Monitor digital media trends and suggest content ideas or platform innovations relevant to Housing Society’s audience; and
• Carry out ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

The Person

• Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Creative Media or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Multimedia Content Creation
• Familiar with basic video shooting/editing and social media platform requirements
• Able to support basic video shooting in internal or event settings, if required
• Basic experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics); the ability to interpret data is a plus
• Proficient in basic design and editing tools such as Canva or CapCut. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an advantage
• Able to draft clear, engaging, and professional bilingual copy (English and Chinese, which includes Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills, basic project management skills expected
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Co-pilot, Midjourney) is a plus
• Creative with attention to detail

• Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
• Curious about digital trends and innovations
• Comfortable supporting multiple projects under tight timelines
• Willing to work flexible hours or occasional overtime when necessary
