The Job

  • Develop, implement and maintain quality management and risk management policies and procedures for the Section to support the implementation and improvement of quality management systems.
  • Act as the representative of CSAS on the various Committees and the contact point for external certification organizations, coordinate the setting of sectional objectives/KPIs under various quality management systems, review ongoing implementation processes and manage data collection processes in meeting various requirements independently under the one-stop approach.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with various quality management systems’ requirements and manage all necessary documentation and records.
  • Conduct internal audits, facilitate external certification assessments and manage all external registration requirements, if applicable.
  • Create and compile various operational statistics and data visualization reports. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify trends and areas for service quality and efficiency enhancement.
  • Coordinate annual sectional budget preparation and forecast for management review. Perform periodic review on expenditures with data analysis and monitor budget control for the Section.
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as directed.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in office administration or information management gained from sizeable organizations.
  • Good knowledge of information management, quality management systems or related practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess quality performance using data and metrics.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Solid knowledge of various PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Power BI, VBA etc.
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Customer-oriented and commercially aware.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Good communication skills with all levels of both internal and external counterparts.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
