The Job:

As an officer in Projects Division under the Central Technical Team, you will have the opportunity to expose yourself to the property development field and contribute to our portfolio of over 20 ongoing projects.  Your role will involve a combination of technical secretarial functions and administrative duties, including:  

  • Administer the selection process for consultants and contractors.
  • Carry out secretarial duties for various Committees and Panels.
  • Establish and document Policies and Procedures.
  • Develop and maintain standard documentation for the Division.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination throughout the property development process.
  • Stay updated on Government’s practices related to property development and construction.

 

The Person:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows application, e.g. Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
  • High level of precision and proficient in written English are the important traits for this post.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, well-organized and multi-tasking.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, dedicated to work, able to work under pressure and in harmony with co-workers.
  • Good understanding of the management practices for non-government organizations is a plus.
