Customer Services Officer (Estate)

The Job:

  • Provide quality services and enhance relationship with tenants by handling telephone enquiries, referring emergencies to appropriate staff, drafting notices / replies to residents promptly.
  • Handle complaints and liaise with tenants.
  • Assist in conducting home visit, administering tenancy issues and abuse of housing resources.
  • Compile and generate reports from system for checking/ matching records.
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

 

The Person:

  • Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese preferably with Property Management experience.
  • Good PC skill in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details
