Customer Services Officer (After-Sales Services) (2-year Contract)

The Job

  • Participate in the processing of applications and vetting of eligibility of the applicants for Transitional Housing projects.
  • Handle enquiries from customers (through hotline or in-person) about the Transitional Housing projects.
  • Provide support to briefing sessions and events in facilitating the launch of the Projects.
  • Provide assistance in preparation of promotion materials.
  • Perform logistics, administrative and support on project website and on-line application system.
  • Perform data input, obtain Land Registry records, reporting and clerical support.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

 

The Person

  • Diploma holder with minimum one year working experience in customer services or Certificate holder with minimum two years working experience in customer services.
  • Self-motivated team player with a sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
  • Good manner, communication, interpersonal and customer services skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Relevant experience in customer services is preferred.
