The Job

• Oversee the stakeholders engagement in relation to industry partners, professional bodies and staff.
• Manage the content development, design and production of corporate publications, including the Sustainability Report and staff newsletter.
• Handle external requests for visits, sponsorships and support in all forms.
• Provide logistical support for sponsored events and charitable activities, and prepare related communication materials.
• Prepare speeches and presentation materials for speaking engagement of the senior management.

The Person

• Degree holder in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines, with at least 6 years’ post-qualification relevant experience.
• Solid experience in speechwriting for C-suite executives and handling corporate publications.
• Some exposure in stakeholder engagement related to professional institutes, NGOs and educational institutions.
• Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Possess creativity in designing communication collaterals.
• Good computer literacy especially in PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
