The Job

  • Act as the first point of contact and recommend appropriate follow-up actions. Prepare draft replies for all public requests, enquiries and complaints received from various channels
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all complaints are acknowledged and handled in a timely manner. Provide support in crisis management;
  • Provide summaries and analysis reports on public requests, enquiries and complaints to meet the operational or ad-hoc needs;
  • Oversee the administrative duties of the Public Affairs Team
  • Provide logistical support for the production of corporate publications, corporate and media events and stakeholder communication activities.

 

The Person

  • Minimum Associate Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Language Studies or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience in corporate communications, complaint handling and customer services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
  • Good computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to design, operate and maintain database systems.
  • A proactive team player with good problem-solving skills and organisation ability. Meticulous, independent, able to carry out multi-tasks with high efficiency under tight schedules.
