Assistant Administration Officer (Maintenance)

The Job

  • Enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes.
  • Conduct thorough research on construction-related topics or other ad hoc requests.
  • Generate ideas for new and existing tasks through multimedia creation.
  • Prepare documents to align with corporate guidelines, input data, and compile statistical reports.
  • Arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and presentation materials.
  • Provide clerical support such as : updating and maintaining records and filing systems, updating website information, handling payments and assisting in special projects or assignments.
  • Perform administrative support duties such as: coordinating and supporting team activities, ordering office supplies and checking the condition of office equipment.

The Person

  • 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. Work experience in estate agency, property development or housing management firms a definite advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, attentive to details and a good team player.
