The Job

• Develop designs, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for major improvement works and Proptech initiatives for senior approval
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive procedural documentation for approval
• Research and evaluate new Proptech technologies and methodologies for potential implementation
• Monitor works progress and oversee on-site operations
• Coordinate with different stakeholders on estate works progress
• Support senior management in implementing and overseeing Proptech initiatives

The Person

• Holders of Higher Certificate in Engineering, Building Services, or related field
• Technical certification in building services or property management is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building services, property management, or related field
• Experience with smart building systems and digital solutions implementation is an advantage
• Basic technical knowledge of building systems, Proptech solutions and IoT platforms
• Good understanding of property management operations
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong motivation and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
